About me
My Story
Embrace Inspire began many years ago as a personal quest to bring more joy and inspiration to our world.
It became so obvious to me once I entered into adulthood that life became more serious, heavier and more challenging. The sound of laughter was a very distant memory for me for so many years. I lost my sense of play and this was such a tragic experience for me. Finding out as an adult that play is seen as irresponsible was disheartening and created such a huge amount of distress, anxiety and long periods of deep depression.
My favourite question as a child was “why?”. I was on a constant quest to understand the world and everything in it. I devoured encyclopaedias like my life depended on it. The sad thing for my younger self was that I was not surrounded by others who were as hungry as I and I was continuously asked to be quiet and stop asking why. This created an internal battle with my true childlike nature of curiosity and adventure, it didn’t belong where I did.
So I shut up and did what was seen as the ‘right’ thing. I stopped asking questions and accepted life as it was presented to me.
It wasn’t until my 30’s that I started to find my voice again, and that was through invitation. A beautiful soul saw me, I mean she really ‘saw’ me. She questioned my holding back. She told me I am so much more than I share. And I knew instantly she was right. I knew in that moment that I was denying myself the love and laughter I deeply needed.
I committed to spend the rest of my life being a beacon for others who just want to be seen and heard. I offer invitations for people to play, to activate their true essence and shine brightly, so they in turn can do the same for others.
If we all just shine a little brighter, this world will be a far better place to be in. We will experience more joy and feel lighter and happier.
I have a deep desire to hear peoples’s hearts, encourage hope and allow deep exploration of truth, helping us humans to understand this weird, sometimes crazy and often magical experience of living.

I have been Embracing & Inspiring peoples lives for many years by combining coaching, therapeutic, creative arts and training modalities to provide a uniquely experiential immersion every time. I am passionate about bringing back more play, laughter, fun and purpose into your life. I understand the value of living an experiential life so we can enjoy this precious time more, rather than feeling like an eternal Groundhog Day of a life.
I have a Bachelor of Arts, with a double major in Psychology and Education.
